Architectural Criteria and Building Restrictions

Architectural criteria and building restrictions have been developed, to be controlled and administered by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The intent is to narrow the quantity of styles, and to specify materials and elemental architectural detailing. The objective is to adhere to styles that are of an "historical coastal" vernacular. Examples are found in the Architectural Guidebook. The goal is to create a small community with an authentic classical style.

Property owners will select their own general contractor (to be approved by Developer). Specifics regarding construction are detailed in the both the Architectural Guidebook and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
